SHEISME Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through SHEISME’s wholesale program. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Pricing Structure

Wholesale pricing is tiered based on total order value:

  • Orders under < $10K - Receive 20%–40% off MSRP
  • Orders above > $10K - Receive up to 60% off MSRP

Discount tiers are applied at the time of order and may vary by product category and availability.

 

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To support different types of partners while maintaining brand value, SHEISME offers a tiered pricing structure based on order volume:

Brand Representative / Social Seller 

  • Order Quantity: Under 10 pieces 
  • Margin: ~20%
  • Ideal for influencers, content creators, and social commerce sellers starting with SHEISME

Official Wholesale Partner 

  • Order Quantity: 10+ pieces (orders under $10,000)
  • Margin: 30% – 40%
  • Suitable for boutiques and growing retailers

Preferred Wholesale Partner 

  • Order Quantity: 10+ pieces (orders over $10,000)
  • Margin: 50% – 60%
  • Best for established retailers and high-volume partners

 

Additional details, including exact pricing tiers, style availability, and partnership benefits, will be shared upon approval.

Partners may be reviewed for tier upgrades based on order volume and brand alignment.

 

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Production & Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Ships within 5–10 business days
  • Order Request Items (Made-to-Order / Backorder): Ships within 2–4 weeks

Processing times may vary based on order volume, seasonality, and product availability.

 

4. Restock Frequency

SHEISME regularly introduces new styles and restocks high-demand items.

  • Restocks are not guaranteed for all styles
  • Best-selling items may sell out quickly
  • Early ordering is recommended to secure inventory

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final sale.
Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted.

  • Exchange Policy (Wholesale Support)

To support our retail partners, SHEISME offers 100% exchange option per order under the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unworn, and with original tags attached  
• Exchanges are limited to size or style adjustments based on availability  
• Re-shipment shipping costs are covered by SHEISME (U.S. only)

This exchange policy is designed to reduce inventory risk while maintaining pricing integrity.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

 

6. Damaged Items Policy

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
  • Clear photo documentation is required

Important:

  • Damaged items are reviewed case-by-case
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • No automatic refunds, returns, or exchanges are guaranteed without prior approval

 

7. Dropshipping Policy

  • Dropshipping is permitted on approved SKUs under T1 wholesale pricing
  • Retailers are responsible for:
    • Customer service
    • Order accuracy
    • Brand representation

SHEISME reserves the right to limit or revoke dropshipping access at any time.

 

8. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

To protect brand integrity and retail partners:

  • Products may not be advertised below SHEISME.com pricing
  • Applies to:
    • Website listings
    • Paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
    • Promotions and public offers

Exceptions

  • Short-term promotional discounts may be allowed
  • Must receive prior written approval from SHEISME

Violation of MAP policy may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Termination of wholesale access

 

9. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to review and approval
  • SHEISME reserves the right to:
    • Refuse service
    • Cancel orders
    • Limit quantities

 

10. Policy Updates

SHEISME may update these terms at any time. Continued ordering constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
