WAIST TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at your natural waist and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

I was skeptical about dry cleaning something with delicate embroidery. Took it to my local cleaner and it came back perfect. The ivory didn't yellow, the flowers stayed flat and vibrant. I'm actually planning to shorten it into a top and wear it again.
