If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing components may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be marked Final Sale.
Final Sale products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • U.S. customers: A prepaid return label may be provided for eligible orders.

  • International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

  • Refund amounts include the product price but exclude any original shipping fees.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for the same product in a different size or color, depending on inventory.
