Easy Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. Most items sold on SHEISME may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items section below) if they meet all applicable return requirements listed in this Return Policy.
Return Window
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- All dresses (standard sizes only) are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition.
- All tags and ribbons must be attached.
- Items must be free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, and damage.
- Returns that do not pass inspection will not be accepted, and the customer must pay return shipping to receive the item back.
Return Shipping Fees & & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
First Order Benefit
- For your first order, one returned dress qualifies for free return shipping and no restocking fee.
- This benefit applies to one item only.
Standard Return Fees
- Any returned dress beyond the first eligible item will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping fees.
- If a returned item is damaged, stained, worn, altered, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, the 15% restocking fee will still apply, and the return may be denied.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes.
Return Shipping Fees (Domestic Orders Only)
If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the following flat rates apply per item and will be deducted from your refund:
- Short Dresses – $9
- Long Dresses & Wedding Dresses – $12
- Quinceañera Dresses – $20
ATTN: Please note that any amount paid for economy (express ) shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
We offer an easy self-serve return process. For size or fit issues, simply follow the self-serve steps below:
- Request a Return
Log in to your Customer Account, select the order, and click "Request return".
- Get Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- Ship It Back
Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier to complete your return.
⚠️ For Quality or Color Issues (including damage or color differences), please send us an email first. We will review it and guide you through the next steps.
How long will it take to get my refund?
- Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund or store credit to appear in your account.
🚫 Please Note: SHEISME will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-SHEISME items that you may have accidentally sent to us.
What items are excluded from returns and exchanges
- Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
- Customized Items ( g., personalized or made-to-order) & Shoes & Accessories
- Items purchased as part of a Buy-Many-Keep-One promotion
- Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box
