Shipping Policy

SHEISME offers domestic and international shipping from our facility in California.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available shipping options may vary based on your location and the items in your order.


Order Processing

In-stock items typically process within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Pre-order and made-to-order items will show an estimated ship date on the product page once a size is selected.

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic U.S. Shipping

Available shipping options at checkout may include:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days

Free standard shipping may be available for U.S. customers when stated on eligible promotions or product pages.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.


SHIP-NOW Items & Office Pickup

At SHEISME, select products are available for immediate purchase and are marked as In-Stock, Ship in 24 Hours, or SHIP-NOW.

All products marked SHIP-NOW can be shipped directly to you or picked up at our Tustin office by appointment only.

Shipping Options for SHIP-NOW Items

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–10 business days. Available for most eligible SHIP-NOW items.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days. Available for select styles; additional fees may apply.

Office Pickup: Available by appointment only for products marked SHIP-NOW. We will notify you by email once your item is ready for pickup.


Order Verification & Security

To help prevent fraudulent activity, some orders may require additional verification.

If verification is needed, our team will contact you by email. Order processing may be delayed until the requested information is confirmed.


Tracking Your Shipment

All shipped orders include tracking information.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

SHEISME is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
